Bryan is an amazing employee. His heart is as big as the great outdoors. He is dependable and goes out of his way to do what is necessary to make our program work, even to the sacrifice of person and family time. Many times, when a staff calls in sick during the grave shift, often Bryan will cover that shift to ensure we remain in compliance. Bryan’s interaction with your daughters is both firm and loving. Bryan is amazing in putting in extra hours to do repairs in the homes keeping them in good repair. And, he takes care of our fleet. Oil changes, new tires, and getting the fleet ready for transport is a big responsibility. When staff talk about Bryan, there is one common theme, “Bryan is one good man.” We as his associates are grateful for Bryan and for the work he does at the Hope Group.Eric Allred – Executive Director
