He provides staff their training and scheduling as well as programming and schedules for the clients during those times. He has been in the industry for over 5 years starting as a youth mentor, and through his dedication and work ethic has been able to move up to his present position. Through this tenure, he has found his passion, which is to help and give back.
Bryan is an amazing employee. His heart is as big as the great outdoors. He is dependable and goes out of his way to do what is necessary to make our program work, even to the sacrifice of person and family time. Many times, when a staff calls in sick during the grave shift, often Bryan will cover that shift to ensure we remain in compliance. Bryan’s interaction with your daughters is both firm and loving. Bryan is amazing in putting in extra hours to do repairs in the homes keeping them in good repair. And, he takes care of our fleet. Oil changes, new tires, and getting the fleet ready for transport is a big responsibility. When staff talk about Bryan, there is one common theme, “Bryan is one good man.” We as his associates are grateful for Bryan and for the work he does at the Hope Group.
